After working with a number of customers multiple times over the course of the past few years we find that it is often very common for us to complete 2-4 projects for a company over the course of a year.  These projects typically result in a total of 50-200 hours of total development.  Historically each of these projects would be priced at our standard rate and often small delays would occur due to payment scheduling with down and final payments.

To help minimize the overhead and to provide a cost-saving alternative we have created the new pre-paid consulting agreement.  This agreement lasts for the duration of a year, and based by a number of up-front purchased bulk hours allows customers to obtain a discount on services by "banking" a number of hours to be used throughout the year.  The agreement is for a set number of hours and those hours can be used any time throughout the year, however, all must be used by the end of each year.  The following is a listing that outlines the discount scale based on the total number of pre-paid hours.

• 200-300 Hours at $105 hour (more than 5% discounted)
• 300-350 Hours at $95 hour (more than 10% discounted)
• 350+ Hours at $85 hour (more than 15% discounted)

Exclusions

Hours can be used for consulting, development, and/or upgrades, however they cannot be used for any skinning or design work.

Hours not used in the year time period are forefited, and no refunds are issued for unused hours.
