Image Shrinker is a free utility application provided by IowaComputerGurus Inc. that allows you to quickly resize single or multiple image files to prepare files for upload to a website or for sending via e-mail.  This feature rich application can save you large amounts of time by allowing you to quickly create thumbnails for multiple images inside a single directory at a given time.  The one great feature with this application is the fact that it maintains the image aspect ratio when resizing to avoid distorting your image.
