When I run My Manifest, the directory structure does not get created

I run my directory structures dont get created. Could it be that part of the structure already exists ?
DesktopModules/MBS/MBS_Maint is what I want to create.
DesktopModules/MBS is what is already there.
Is there a way to see why subdirectories are not being created ?
Any documentation anywhere that explains what the different nodes are and how they should be created including restrictions ?
Lastly, is this where I should post my Guestbook questions now , instead of Mitch Sellers forums ?

Sorry for the delayed response, I do believe that we answered this one though with the differences in "Import Manifest" and "Install Module".
