I just upgraded from 4.0.1 to 4.5.1 and now the expanded text in the module is completely underlined and has a hover class applied. I put an instance on a test page with the standard DNN Minimal Extropy skin/containers and have the same result.
The effect is that all of the text looks like a hyperlink, but the pointer never changes from an I-Bar to a Pointer when you hover over it. It, of course, doesn't link to anything.
I've tried to apply different classes to the module through settings and created different styles with no joy.
What would cause this?

Hello,
I just published an update 4.5.2 version, it appears that some browsers did not like a certain aspect of the HTML markup. You should be set to go now.
