Hi Mitchel, I am using the Pop-N-Go moduole on one of our Golf websites. I have the action to go to an external website. When I change the mode in the admin control panel to "View", I see the pop up module just fine. When I click on the action to take me to the survey on another domain, I get the following: XML Parsing Error: no element found Location: http://www.generalsridge.com/LinkClick.aspx?link=http://www.pwcparks.org/selectsurveynet/TakeSurvey.aspx?PageNumber=1&SurveyID=114&tabid=81&mid=497 Line Number 1, Column 1: ^ Any ideas why this could be occurring? Thanks, Mark |

| It looks like the LINK that is specified in the configuration isn't pointing to a proper location. |

Here's the Link I've put into the module. When I do it out of the module and palce it into a browser, it's fine. When I add it INTO the module, it fails: http://www.pwcparks.org/selectsurveynet/TakeSurvey.aspx?PageNumber=1&SurveyID=114

| Did you by chance select the "Track Clicks" option when setting up the link? |

Well, when I first added the module, that particular checkbox was a default check to being On. I went in and removed it, but it still exhibited the same behavior. I then deleted the module and put a new one on (purging just in case). I added new information and the URL and made sure to Uncheck that tracking box. Still see the same error. |

| I double-checked. I'm on DNN 4.9.4, not the .5 version. |

That is really weird. Are other links working on your site. (Things that use the LinkClick.aspx method?) Other instances of this module that you have used work just fine as well correct? |

Other linkclick.aspx URLs are working. They are not going to outside of the current web though, so I'm not sure. I will test it with a URL outside of the generalsridge.com domain. I have only used the very first version of the module that you coded up for me on my pwcparks.org website. That worked fine in the past. I haven't tried to use that version yet. |

| I added an announcement module to the page and entered in the same URL. It uses the same method as your module for putting in an external URL. It worked just fine. |

yeah, why don't you shoot me an e-mail and I'll take a look. I might have to make a modification to the module, but I'm a bit confused as to why.... |
